Nicole Walburn

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Nicole later called Colorado home before making the move to Myrtle Beach to be closer to family and embrace the coastal lifestyle. Real estate has always been more than a career interest to her. Coming from a family with deep roots in construction and design, she grew up with an appreciation for how homes are built and what makes a property truly special. That passion became personal experience. Nicole has bought and sold multiple residential and investment properties, so she understands firsthand what's at stake, financially and emotionally, in every transaction. Before real estate, she spent years working in Information Technology. If that career taught her anything, it’s how to stay organized, solve problems quickly, and never lose sight of the details that matter.
